WhichMIS? has been informed about a webinar being hosted by Langbrook Finance on the topic of public procurement.
It’s free to attend and will provide practical advice, based on learnings from the recent High Court case Bromcom v. United Learning.
It’s scheduled to take place June 8th at 12.30pm, and should appeal to anyone involved in education, or wider public procurement, promising as it does, “to ensure that you avoid potential procurement breaches”.

About the speakers:
Mohamed Hans is a leading Public Procurement Law expert who has written extensively on this subject and specialises in training and advising public bodies to support legal compliance.
Yusuf Erol FCCA is a chartered certified accountant. He currently leads the public sector division of Langbrook Finance. Before joining the practice, he had over 18 years’ experience working in the public and not for profit sector, including over 10 years working for a London local authority as Head of Education Finance, where he oversaw the procurement function.
