Bromcom has announced that it has been awarded a contract by Ark Schools to deliver Management Information Systems (MIS) across its 39 schools in Birmingham, Hastings, London and Portsmouth.
Ark Schools undertook a robust procurement process, issuing a detailed specification and evaluating bids via the KCS framework for Education Management Systems. The contract means that all Ark secondary schools will remain with Bromcom, and all primary schools will transition to Bromcom.
Speaking on the announcement, Ark Schools’ Director of IT, Systems and Data, Derek Hills, commented: “We are looking forward to continuing our successful working relationship with Bromcom. Our primary schools will now benefit from Bromcom’s solution for the first time and will be able to utilise the key features and functionalities that our secondary schools currently enjoy.”
Bromcom Computers Plc Executive Chairman, Ali Guryel, expressed his enthusiasm, stating: “We are delighted to be awarded this new contract by Ark Schools. As we approach our second decade of collaboration with Ark and with a successful track record leading cloud MIS for the past ten years, we anticipate leading the way in AI development with Ark over the coming decade.”
Ark Schools will join in the discussion to help shape priorities for these developments, further strengthening their strategic partnership.
